Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express takes 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, so you can watch it make its way to your door — and to the paws waiting behind it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. Any customs or import fees are set by your local authorities and aren't included at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $40 ship free, on us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your order out the door, so there's a short window. Email us at support@furry-lovers.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Every collar, harness, bed, and apparel piece has a detailed size guide on its product page with exact measurements. Grab a soft tape, measure your pet at rest, and match it to the chart before you order — it takes two minutes and saves a swap later.
My pet is between sizes — what should I do?
For collars and harnesses, we recommend sizing up so nothing pinches and there's room to adjust. For beds, go up if your pet likes to stretch out and stay true to size if they curl up. When in doubt, just email us their measurements and breed, and we'll point you to the right one.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We want both of you to love it. If something isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, and grooming products can't be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Easy — email us at support@furry-lovers.com with your order number, and we'll send you everything you need to get it sorted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Product & Care
Are your products safe for my pet?
Yes. Every product we carry is chosen with pet safety first — non-toxic materials, sturdy construction, and no small parts that come loose easily. The full materials list is on each product page. As with any new toy or accessory, we recommend supervising the first few uses.
How should I clean and care for my items?
Most of our beds, blankets, and soft toys are machine washable on a gentle cold cycle and should be air-dried. Bowls and hard toys can be hand washed with warm soapy water. Specific care instructions are included with every item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Every transaction is fully secured and encrypted.
